About: Located in the Westmoreland historic subidvions of Montrose, his 26 unit property is one of our favorites. It also happens to be right across the street from our headquarters.
The building features covered parking (partial), gated entry, and onsite washer/dryer.
The units have all been upgraded with open floor plans, paint, new flooring, light fixtures, and more.
While most of the units here are studios, we do have a few 1 bedrooms and even a 2 bedroom. They don’t come up often. This property is normally full, however we’ll often have a unit that’s coming up soon. If you’re interested in this property the best way to get one is to apply in advance on our tenant site and make a note that you want a unit here. If you’re not looking for at least 30 days we should be able to get you into a unit.

John, this property is one of the better locations in Montrose (IMO). While we are full now, we always have units coming up. Rent varies, but most are simple studio / efficiency units and lease for $550/month + $100/month for ‘all bills paid’. Check out our Tenant site for more info, to place an inquiry, or to apply.

One bedrooms don’t come up often, when they do we’ll typically update the front page of our tenant site. If you’ve applied and mentioned you want a 1 bedroom the our property managers will contact you.
