Historic 32 united located smack dab in the middle of downtown across from Toyota Center. Units have just finished a ‘full gut’ upgraded. All new — well — everything. We’ve tried to keep as much of the vintage charm as possible while adding the amenities that residents demand.
In an effort to keep some affordable options downtown, we’ve only done the heavy upgrades to one of the buildings (this 32 unit complex is made up of two 16 unit buildings). The non upgraded units will be $200-$300 less than the upgraded units.
Sometimes when we upgrade units to make them very nice, we’re asked why we’re removing the affordable options. And sometimes when we leave the units as they were, we’re asked why we’re not making the units nicer. This building gives us the opportunity to do some of each.
Note some of the pictures show window units. There are NO MORE window units at the property. We upgraded them all with super modern / efficient /quiet ductless split systems. Even the ‘non upgraded’ units will still have the newer HVAC systems.
