We’re always asked “What do you have available?” We do our best to keep a real-time list of what’s available.   Normally, in all but our smallest properties, we’ll have something available or at least ‘coming soon’.  If we’re full, we’ll do our best to make a note of that, along with when we have a unit coming.  If you’re looking for more than 2 months in the future, you can almost always put a deposit down on a future unit, however we may not be able to tell you which unit it’ll be.  However, in most of our properties, each unit is the same.  And depending on the size, if you want an upstairs or downstairs unit, that can normally be accommodated.
