If a tenant or prospect calls and asks about our weekend hours (either to view an apartment or because they need to come into our office), let them know that we’re open Saturday from 10am to 2pm.

Please advise the tenant/prospect that they should reach out to our office during the week to setup the Saturday time as I assume those 4 hours have showings already set and there is a chance that someone might come to our office and the manager is out on a showing.
