We just closed on another property located on Hawthorne. We have a few properties on this street already, including a nice historic single family home. We’ve tried to get this one a few times but the pricing just didn’t work out. However, we recently were able to make a deal happen.

If you ask us what the best area of houston is to live, most of us will say “Montrose”. And if you ask me personally what’s the best area of Montrose to live in, I’ll say “Westmoreland” (where 425 Hawthorne is located). Which means, if you ask me, this property is in the best area (of the best area) of the town.

But that must mean it’s sort of pricey right? Nope. We have 1 bedrooms under $1,000 a month at this spot. So give us a call and see if any are open and move into the best spot in Houston.
