Happy New Year everyone!

2024 was a very busy year for us. We scooped up a number of new buildings. From a group of fourplexes that we owned 10 years ago, to several smaller multifamily buildings near others in our portfolio, to Memorial Towers — our ‘tallest’ building (just beating out Dakota Lofts).

While we’ve flirted with having ‘close to’ or ‘almost’ 2000 units for a while (we might have said we had ‘almost 2000’ units a bit early. I think it was as soon as we crossed 1500 :), we’re now at that number.
