A few years ago we bought a small 10 unit property in Montrose at 4202 Stanford, at the corner of Stanford and Colquitt. There was a 10 unit right next door at 811 Colquitt that we always wanted, but the numbers just never made sense.

However, the seller decided that it was time to let it go, and we raised our hand. Shortly after, it joined our portfolio. So welcome to the family 811 Colquitt. You’re now in the same group as your adjoining neighbor 4202 Stanford!
