We’re pleased to announce the purchase of our largest Montrose building to date.  1901 Richmond consists of 43 units, mostly studios. The building has a nice center courtyard area, off street parking, and onsite laundry. This deal was able to be done in part due to the fine work with our friends from Enterprise Bank.
