All our offices will be closed to celebrate Labor Day and give our employees some time off to spend with their friends and family. We’ll be back tomorrow at 9am.

Our normal office hours are Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm. Some of the properties have slightly different hours so if you’re trying to setup a showing, please call that specific office to arrange. If you don’t have their number you can reach out to our main HQ @ 832-640-4444

We currently have a FAQ page that was basically the old version of our comments page. People would comment with questions, and we’d answer them. However, over the years there have been a few questions that have been asked a LOT. So much so that we’ve decided to make a dedicated FAQ page called “VFAQ” that only has those few questions that are asked quite often.

The first question to make it to this page is “I’m looking to move 3+ months from now. Will this unit be available?”  So head on over to our VFAQ page for the answer!

Wow! 2018 was a busy year for Fat Property. We added downtown properties, EaDo properties, Galleria area properties, and several additional Montrose area properties to our portfolio.

We’ve added properties faster than our website has been able to keep up!

Fat Property has the following upcoming holiday hours:

Christmas Eve: Open 8:30am – 2:00pm
Christmas Day: Closed
New Years Eve: Open 8:30 – 4:00pm
New Years Day: Closed

These hours apply to our main office at 3800 Garrott St as well as all our on property offices.

We’re closed today so our employees can spend time with their family, but will be open again tomorrow with our normal hours:  8:30am-5:30pm
